Corporate Citizenship

Corporate citizenship can be defined as the recognition that a business has social, cultural and environmental responsibilities to the community in which it operates, as well as economic and financial responsibilities to shareholders or immediate stakeholders. This may involve a corporation making changes to the manner in which it does business in order to achieve and maintain sustainable success for the corporation and the community at large.

We recognize this responsibility here at FIS Group and have taken steps to change the way we do business in order to better fulfill our roles as faithful global corporate citizens and to realize one of the firm's mission, which is "The dedication of the firm and its professionals in improving our community shall be upheld as a model of corporate citizenry."

We also recognize that this will require an investment of our time and money. As such, through FIS Group's A Good Measure Foundation, we have launched a Financial Literacy Initiative and also support various community outreach programs.

We endeavor to cultivate this awareness of corporate citizenry in our employees by inviting them participate in various corporate initiatives. FIS Group provides each employee with four hours of paid leave time per month (up to a maximum of 24 hours annually) to participate as volunteers in qualified organizations. In addition, the firm will match employee contributions to qualifying charitable organizations in amounts up to $1,000 per employee per year.

Additionally, we have recently launched an initiative to provide micro loans to budding entrepreneurs within the global community.
