Founded in 1996 by Chief Investment Officer & Chief Executive Officer, Tina Byles Williams, FIS Group is an asset management and investment advisory firm specializing in entrepreneurial manager portfolio construction, risk management and the development of specialized alternative investment strategies. The firm offers a range of products in both the public and private markets.

Ms. Byles Williams has been involved in structuring entrepreneurial manager programs since the early 1980's. Her early work with entrepreneurial managers includes her service as an investment officer at a plan sponsor in addition to an investment advisory firm.

In the public market space, FIS Group provides entrepreneurial managers equity portfolios to institutional clients. The firm also has similar capabilities on the fixed income arena. Each client’s manager of entrepreneurial managers portfolio is separately managed.

FIS Group uses forward looking portfolio construction processes and tailors each client’s portfolio to maximize the probability that desired risk and performance characteristics will be met while focusing on providing consistent above benchmark performance.

In the private market arena, FIS Group, in conjunction with 47 Degrees North Capital Management, offers a multi-strategy fund of hedge funds that invests in hedge funds pursuing environmentally focused strategies, which include exposures to clean energy, clean technology, and resource scarcity and pollution reduction.
