FIS Group founded the A Good Measure Foundation in 2006. The foundation's mission is to support organizations and individuals that educate youth as well as organizations and individuals that improve the lives of impoverished or marginalized women or children in the United States and internationally.

The foundation therefore partners with the local community to offer:

• Financial literacy program for approximately 40 to 120 middle school students per year at the Russell Byers Charter School.
• Leadership training for girls through Girls Inc.,
• Life and financial skills training for teen mothers, through its partnership with Communities in Schools. (Funding has been approved for implementation in the fall of 2010.)
